Mark S. Wasinger has been a member of Wasinger Parham, L.C. since 1983. He has tried numerous cases in State and Federal Court involving a wide variety of matters including personal injury, real estate disputes, creditor/lender practices and business litigation. He is the corporate attorney for a number of business organizations in Northeast Missouri as well as representing individuals throughout Missouri on a broad range of topics to include personal injury, wrongful death, real estate, probate and criminal matters.
Mr. Wasinger is a native of Hannibal, Missouri, educated in the local primary and secondary schools. He has served as both an officer and director for a number of community and not-for-profit organizations in Northeast Missouri to include being an officer and director of Truman State University (Chairman), Hannibal Chamber of Commerce, Hannibal Arts Council (President), St. Elizabeth Advisory Board, Hannibal County Club (President), Hannibal Public Library (President), Mark Twain Home Board and The Tenth Judicial Circuit Bar Association. He is a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and The Knights of Columbus.
